Professional Leaders Network

Updated: Mar 20

I. Purpose of the Program

Professional Leaders Network is a community that connects business owners, professionals, and managers from various industries.

The goal of the network is to create an environment where members can build trusted relationships, share knowledge, collaborate in business, and support each other through client referrals.

Members join the network to expand their professional connections, explore business opportunities, and grow together over the long term.

II. Membership Structure

The membership structure will be organized as follows:

Professional Leaders Network Community

  • All members belong to this main community.

  • Members will meet monthly in a hybrid format, including both in-person meetings and online participation for those who are located farther away.

Collaboration Teams

  • Members are divided into Collaboration Teams based on the principle that each team will have only 1-2 members operating in the same professional field. For example: only 1-2 realtors or 1-2 mortgage brokers.

  • Members will meet weekly online to share updates about their businesses, discuss client opportunities, collaborate, and support referrals among members within the team.

  • In addition to activities within the team, members can also connect and collaborate with the entire community within the network.

III. Network Activities

The network organizes various activities throughout the year, including:

  • Networking events

  • Workshops and business talks

  • Business experience sharing sessions

  • Meetings for collaboration among members

  • Community activities and social gatherings

  • These activities help members expand their relationships and discover business collaboration opportunities.

  • Participation in activities may vary depending on the specific program.

IV. Referral and Collaboration

One of the main goals of the network is to encourage members to support one another through client referrals and business collaboration.

Members may:

  • Introduce potential clients to each other, with priority given to members within their own team

  • Connect suitable partners

  • Collaborate on projects or business opportunities

  • Client referrals are based on trust and professional relationships among members and are not guaranteed.

V. Member Responsibilities

Members are expected to maintain professionalism, honesty, and mutual respect.

Members should represent their businesses transparently and contribute to building a positive networking environment.

Any behavior that negatively affects the reputation of the network or other members may lead to a review of membership status.

VI. Role of the Host

  • During team meetings, a Host with experience in business networking will facilitate the meeting.

  • The Host will guide members in sharing their achievements and identifying challenges where support may be needed.

  • The Host will work with members to explore effective ways to help each other find potential clients.

  • The Host will also review the results from the previous meeting period.

VII. Membership Fees and Additional Costs

  • Members who wish to participate in the community are required to pay a membership fee.

  • Members have the right to participate in the community and the activities of the network.

  • Membership does not include additional expenses, including but not limited to:

    • Food and beverages

    • Transportation

    • Participation costs for certain events or activities that require tickets or additional fees

    • Members are responsible for their own personal expenses when participating in events or activities of the network.

VIII. Membership Term

  • Membership becomes valid for the membership period once registration has been confirmed.

  • Members may cancel their membership if they no longer wish to participate.

  • RENSO Foundation reserves the right to terminate membership if a member is found to violate the law or engage in behavior that may harm the reputation of the Network.
